I am Eylül Piket, founder and event planner behind Vourla Event Planning.
Organizing and planning things, turning ideas into real memories, has always been a natural part of my life, both personally and professionally. Over the years, planning events, coordinating details, and structuring ideas has become not just a skill, but something I truly enjoy. Even as a student or working full-time in my previous job, I always had the time and energy to plan and organize events. What started as a habit and a long-term hobby has transformed into what I want to focus on completely in 2026.
I created Vourla to help individuals and companies transform their ideas into well-organized, meaningful and thoroughly enjoyable experiences, without unnecessary extras or complicated processes.
Through Vourla, I design simple, concept-driven events that feel intentional, thoughtful, and well put together. I work on shaping the event idea, finding the right venue, and coordinating the key details that bring everything together. Each event is approached with care, practicality, and attention to flow, atmosphere, and purpose.
I believe successful events don’t rely on complexity, but on clarity, good planning, and understanding what truly matters for each occasion. I am proud to say that every project, from the initial idea to the completion of the event, is personally overseen by me.
